Traditional Thanksgiving preparationsOur turkeys are farm-raised and come to you fresh-never frozen and defrosted. This insures that they roast up moist and tender; year after year, our customers report that they're the best turkeys ever to grace their tables. We'll be glad to give you our printed tried-and true cooking instructions upon request.

 

When ordering an uncooked bird, plan on 1KG per two adults, adding an extra kilo or so if you want plenty of leftovers. (1KG=2.2 lbs) Keep in mind your oven size; most French wall ovens can accommodate up to a 6 KG turkey, but many floor and all countertop models are smaller. If your guest list is larger than your oven, consider ordering one of our cooked turkeys and cooking another yourself; you'll have the unbeatable aroma of Thanksgiving without having to juggle cooking two turkeys. Our boned and rolled turkeys can also give you extra slices with a minimum of hassle.

A TASTE OF THANKSGIVING

 

A whole hot roast stuffed turkey with homemade gravy, cranberry sauce, pecan green beans, candied yam casserole and choice of dessert (gravy, green beans and yams must be reheated). For six or more, €29 per person. Minimum six people, maximum 30.

A non-refundable deposit is required for all orders, which are considered confirmed only upon receipt of this deposit. We regret that we cannot take credit card deposits over the phone or through the internet; deposits must be made in person or by mail. All deliveries are subject to availability and must be paid in full in advance.
